Izanagi Games’ and MyDearest’s former VR games Tokyo Chronos and Altdeus will appear on the Nintendo Switch. This comes as DYSCHRONIA: Chronos Alternate Definitive Edition debuts on the platform.
All three games are set in the Chronos universe. However, when Tokyo Chronos and Altdeus appear, they won’t be sold separately. The two previous adventures will be sold as a twin-pack. Things kicked off first with Tokyo Chronos, which was a VR visual novel that strangely featured eight reunited childhood friends in Shibuya solving a murder mystery. Altdeus is the sequel that combines visual novel adventure elements as well as mecha battles.
As a reminder, here’s the Tokyo Chronos trailer.
And here’s the Altdeus: Beyond Chronos trailer.
As for DYSCHRONIA: Chronos Alternate Definitive Edition, it is now available to buy or try, as a demo is out on the Switch. This version adapts the VR game to consoles. It also includes some exclusive content.
DYSCHRONIA: Chronos Alternate Definitive Edition is available for the Nintendo Switch now, and Tokyo Chronos and Altdeus will appear on the system in 2024. All three games are immediately available on PC, Meta, or PlayStation VR platforms, with every chapter of DYSCHRONIA available on all of them.
