The Battle Continues In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 218

The upcoming chapter will start with a brief flashback, where we see Yorozu’s true form when she lived in Heian Era more than a thousand years ago. At that time, she wasn’t very powerful and suffered because her Cursed Technique had a very minimal Cursed Energy output. However, she was fascinated by how insects used their energy, and that was why she found the insect armor she is currently using in battle. The insect armor is considered most prominent for the construction type of Cursed Technique and for mid-range fights.

In the present day, the battle rages on, and Yorozu punches Sukuna and then kicks him, which sends him flying. She is still mad at him for using Megumi’s CT instead of Shrine. The panel shows Mahoraga’s wheel on Sukuna’s head, which means the whole Mahoraga has not been summoned. Yorozu, who is still carried away with Sukuna’s love, screams at him and tells him to cut and slash her using his own CT and feel the love through his eyes. She uses some technique that covers Sukuna with liquid metal, but he is able to break out of it easily.

Sukuna then makes a hand sign and summons Madoka Deer, which is known for having the healing ability using Reverse Cursed Technique. Madoka Deer also neutralizes Yorozu’s liquid metal by erasing the CT inside it. He then summons another Shikigami, a bull named Kangyu, which hits Yorozu hard and sends her flying.

Sukuna made the Skikigami’s shape unusual to prevent it from getting destroyed. The Shikigami he summoned was not that powerful, but Sukuna supplied them with his enormous amount of CE.

Yorozu fights back the bull by punching it and screams, “don’t take me easy.” However, the bull continues to hit her, and Yorozu realizes that its power increases more when it covers more distance. Suddenly, Sukuna uses his Rabbit Escape technique, and Yorozu loses sight of Sukuna due to hundreds of rabbits approaching her.

Sukuna is revealed to be in the air, and he overpowers Yorozu by dropping a large-sized Max Elephant on her. The attack is powerful enough to break Yorozu’s armor, bringing her to her normal form. Sukuna then comments, “seems like you aren’t worth using the Shrine. Is this all you got for your love?”
