The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly Adventure Anime Reveals April Release In New Trailer

Additional cast, staff, and the April premiere have been announced.

The official Twitter for The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly Adventure announced the second promotional video for the upcoming anime adaptation on Thursday. The video revealed additional cast members, staff, and arguably the most important thing, the anime’s April premiere.

The newest-revealed cast members include Kousuke Toriumi as Galm, Aki Toyosaki as Sarah, Tomomichi Nishimura as Zemon, Hidenari Ugaki as the King, and Tarusuke Shingaki as Eric. Previously announced cast members include Yoshino Nanjō as Cain, Aya Uchida as Silk, Manaka Iwami as Teres, Miharu Hanai as Reine, and Natsu Yorita as Silvia.

DUALSHOCKERS VIDEO OF THE DAY

The first 30 seconds or so of the newest promotional video start out with an adorable tone. Then, in the latter half, it really picks up, showing the action that fans can expect in the series. The anime’s ending theme song is revealed as 7LAND’s Nanairo no E no Gu de (With Seven Colors of Paint), and as announced with the video release, the music composition for the series is being handled by MICHIRU.

The anime adaptation was announced back in August 2022, so it’s exciting to see the announcements as the April release date draws near. Noriyuki Nakamura is directing the adaptation at EMT Squad and Magic Bus, with the original character design being credited to the original illustrators Mo and Nini. Eri Tokugawa is designing the characters, and Ayumu Hatori is a producer for the series.

The anime adaptation is based on the light novels Chronicles of an Aristocrat Reborn in Another World written by Yashu. The novels first released on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in October 2016, then received their first print publication with illustrations by Mo from Hifumi Shobō in June 2017. Since then, six volumes of light novels have been published and a manga adaptation, illustrated by Nini, began serialization on Mag Garden’s Mag Comi website in March 2018. Nine manga volumes are available in Japanese, and in December 2020, Seven Seas Entertainment announced that it had licensed the manga for English publication. The first English volume was released in August 2021, and the sixth volume will be released on March 21. Crunchyroll will stream The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly Adventure in April.
