‘Stellar Blade’ Wisdom Puzzle answer and walkthrough

After completing the first number conundrum request in Stellar Blade you will be given the Wisdom Puzzle request. As with the previous one, chances are this one will catch you off guard and as it is more difficult, solving it is far harder.

In this guide, we will break down the answer, how to get to the answer, and where to enter it in Xion – and lastly, how to finish the quest.

Stellar Blade Wisdom Puzzle answer

The wisdom puzzle answer is 5005. You can input this code in the terminal by the elevator in the north of Xion to complete the request and get 1,000 Gold and the Queen of Arithmetic Badge.

The answer to the puzzle is significantly harder than the previous puzzle. Effectively, what you want to do is square the individual numbers on either side of the # and then take the second number away from the first one. So, 37 squared (^2) is 1369. 21 squared (^2) is 441. 1369 – 441 then equals 928.

This means the other two calculations are: 77^2 – 44^2 = 5929. 5929 – 1936 = 3993. And, 123^2 – 17^2 = 15129. 15129 – 289 = 14840. That means the final number and the answer is 71^2 – 6^2 = 5041. 5041 – 36 = 5005.

Once you have the code you can then return to the Request board or teleport there when prompted to hand in the request after entering the correct code. This will complete it and you can move on with the story or one of the other requests that will pop up as you progress and complete more, or work your way through the main story.
