Square Enix shared new concept art of one of the dress options that Cloud can wear in FFVII Remake. The dress showcased is the second option out of three available.
While Cloud can wear three different dresses during the infiltration of Don Corneo’s mansion, the dress shown is the second one available. This dress can be accessed if the player completes three particular Odd Jobs during Chapter 9, The Town That Never Sleeps. These Odd Jobs are The Party Never Stops, A Dynamite Body, and Burning Thighs.

The post above mentions that the concept art of Cloud shows him before applying makeup. You can see the comparison with the in-game render of Cloud. In addition, Madam M and Chocobo Sam have additional dialogue if Cloud talks to them wearing a dress.
Meanwhile, to access the first dress available to Cloud in FFVII Remake, players need to ignore all side quests in Chapter 9. Square Enix previously shared concept art of this dress through its social media accounts.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is immediately available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Windows PC. Its sequel, FFVII Rebirth, will come out for the PlayStation 5 on February 29, 2024. An exclusivity arrangement will end on May 29, 2024.
