Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew Will Get Two Final DLC Expansions

The stealth strategy game Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew will be gaining a send-off in terms of content as developer Mimimi Games announced two final DLC expansions. The supernatural tactics game will be gaining these last chunks of content on December 6th.

These will be the last expansions for the game as the studio closes its doors. The studio’s co-founders Dominik Abé and Johannes Roth shared back in August that there would be a “big content drop” for Shadow Gambit and they have finally revealed what that will be. It’s bittersweet to hear that the game will be gaining more content, as this will be the last DLCs from Mimimi Games.

Two New Expansions

Each of the DLCs will contain new playable characters with unique abilities, a brand new island to explore and a story campaign which is split across six missions. The new characters will also be playable in the majority of the main game’s missions and not only for DLC missions.

The two expansions will enrich Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew with more content, which is already an impressive game as it stands. No details were released so far on the prices of DLCs as of yet.

Be Your Own Captain

In case you missed it The Cursed Crew released earlier this year in August. It’s a game that combines stealth with strategy letting you command your own ghost ship. As part being its captain you can recruit your own cursed crew during the Golden Age of Piracy.

Using your supernatural powers to gain magical treasures from the Inquisition who are set on hunting you down. Playable characters have their own set of unique abilities and skills. The game has narrative choices and depending on your choices will determine the outcome of the story.

Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew is available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
