Save Big On Nintendo Switch-Exclusive Games On Mario Day

To celebrate Mario Day, major retailers are offering discounts on an assortment of Nintendo Switch physical and digital games. All of the games on sale feature Mario and his Mushroom Kingdom pals, of course, which means you can get some of the best Switch exclusives for prices that only pop up several times each year. Unsurprisingly, there are more discounts on digital games than physical games. It’s also worth noting that if you buy digital games from major retailers instead of the eShop, you’ll get Gold points valued at list price rather than the sale price. But first, let’s check out the physical game deals.

Luigi’s Mansion 3, which is on sale for $40, is one of the best action/adventure games on Switch–and even if you haven’t played the first two, you can follow its quirky story without any issues. For even more content, you can snag the Luigi’s Mansion 3 + Multiplayer DLC Bundle for $47 (down from $70). The DLC adds bonus content, including a multiplayer tower mode for up to eight players dubbed SccareScraper and in-game costumes.

Other notable deals include Mario Party Superstars for $40 (down from $60), Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 for $24 (down from $60), and Yoshi’s Crafted World for $40 (down from $60). If you’re one of the rare Switch owners who doesn’t have Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it’s also listed for just $40 (down from $60). For even more goodies, check out the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe + Booster Course Pass for $65 (down from $85) to gain access to a whopping 48 bonus tracks from Mario Kart history. If you’re playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the Booster Course Pass is practically a must, simply because it doubles the total number of tracks.
