Rosaria’s Best Builds & Artifact Sets

Rosaria is best suited to the Sub-DPS role, as she can support her teammates with consistent Cryo DMG while also giving them a boost to their CRIT Rate. To improve her abilities to make her the best Sub-DPS on your team, here is the artifact set we recommend.

4-Set Of Blizzard Strayer

A 2-Set of Blizzard Strayer will give Rosaria an increase of 15 percent to her Cryo DMG Bonus. With a 4-Set, if a character attacks an enemy that is affected by Cryo, their CRIT Rate will increase by 20 percent. If the enemy becomes Frozen, the CRIT Rate will then be increased by an additional 20 percent. This set is ideal for Rosaria as most of her attacks use Cryo DMG, so building on this with her artifact set will significantly increase her on-field and off-field damage. Here are the recommended main stats and substats for each of her artifact pieces.

We recommend focusing on increasing Rosaria’s CRIT Rate as much as possible, as she has a talent called ‘Shadow Samaritan’ that will increase all party members’ CRIT Rate by 15 percent of her own CRIT Rate whenever she casts her Elemental Burst. This is a great way to make her not only a solid Sub-DPS but provide support through buffing her team as well.

Rosaria’s Best 5-Star & 4-Star Weapons

Focusing on increasing Rosaria’s CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, or Energy Recharge for her weapons will be the best option for Rosaria. As a Sub-DPS, she will frequently be using her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst in order to deal with significant Cryo DMG and buff her teammates.

5-Star Weapons: Primordial Jade Winged-Spear & Staff Of Homa

The Primordial Jade Winged-Spear will give Rosaria a base increase of 4.8 percent to her CRIT Rate. Its Bonus Skill will increase ATK by 3.2 percent for 6 seconds when a hit lands. This has a maximum of 7 stacks and can only occur once every 0.3 seconds. When Rosaria is in possession of the maximum number of stacks, DMG dealt will increase by 12 percent. This weapon will help to enhance Rosaria’s on-field damage, especially when she gains 7 stacks. Its increase in CRIT Rate will also greatly improve the buff she will give to her teammates.

The Staff of Homa will give Rosaria a base increase of 14.4 percent to her CRIT DMG. Its Bonus Skill will increase her HP by 20 percent. It will also provide an ATK Bonus based on 0.8 percent of her maximum HP. When Rosaria’s HP is less than 50 percent, this ATK Bonus will increase by an additional 1 percent of the maximum HP. If you are wanting to give Rosaria an increase to her CRIT DMG so she can deal with stronger Cryo attacks, this weapon is a great option. It will also give her a nice ATK boost based on her HP, which will already be boosted by this weapon.

4-Star Weapons: The Catch & Deathmatch

The Catch is the first 4-Star weapon that will give Rosaria a base increase of 10 percent to her Energy Recharge. Its Bonus Skill will increase Elemental Burst DMG by 20 percent and Elemental Burst CRIT Rate by 7.5 percent. This weapon is a great way to boost the damage from Rosaria’s Elemental Burst, which you will be using the most often with her. The increase in Energy Recharge will also ensure that Rosaria’s Elemental Burst is always available for use.

Deathmatch will give Rosaria a base increase of 8 percent to her CRIT Rate. Its Bonus Skill is called ‘Gladiator.’ If there are at least 2 opponents nearby, ATK and DEF will both be individually increased by 16 percent. If there are fewer than 2 opponents, ATK will increase by 24 percent. This weapon is a fantastic alternative to The Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, as it will increase Rosaria’s CRIT Rate to provide a stronger buff to her teammates while also giving her an ATK increase when she is on the field.

Rosaria’s Best Team Compositions

Rosaria can synergize well with many different teams, especially those that can create the Frozen or Melt Elemental Reactions. To allow Rosaria to build up her team and provide consistent Cryo DMG, here are her best team compositions.

5-Star Team

This team will focus on creating the Frozen Reaction, which mixes Hydro and Cryo together. Ayaka will serve as the Main DPS, who will have her CRIT Rate increased by Rosaria due to her talents and Cryo Resonance.

4-Star Team

This 4-Star team will focus on creating the Melt Reaction with a mixture of Pyro and Cryo characters. Kaeya will serve as the Main DPS for this team and will also receive a boost to his CRIT Rate and ATK from Rosaria and Bennett to increase his damage.
