We’re approaching the latter half of Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 2, as Episode 8 is set to premiere later this week, with only a few episodes left to go until the end of the current season.
With each episode of Rent-A-Girlfriend, things are becoming even more complicated for Kazuya and Chizuru. But that’s what makes the series more interesting, and with everything that happened between Mami, Ruka, and Chizuru in the previous episode, fans are eager to jump into Episode 8 of Season 2.
In recent episodes, Ruka has been trying to ruin the relationship between Kazuya and Chizuru, whilst Mami is also attempting to make things harder than they already are. But what makes us enjoy the series is that, no matter what, Kazuya and Chizuru still figure out a way to get closer to one another. After the premiere of Episode 8 later this week, four more episodes are left for us to watch the sweet college romance of the two love birds.
Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 2 Episode 8 will release on Friday, August 19th, 2022, or Saturday, August 20th, 2022, depending on your exact location. In Japan, the new episode will release on local channels such as ABC and TV Asahi. As for international fans, Crunchyroll has licensed the series. Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 2 Episode 7 Recap
In the previous episode of Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 2, Kazuya wakes up in the morning after partying the previous night but doesn’t remember anything about the night. He vaguely remembers being with Chizuru and starts to wonder if that was real or if he was just dreaming. But, after finding a personal note from her, he realizes that it wasn’t a dream after all.
Ruka finds out that her plan of making Chizuru believe that she and Kazuya had a physical relationship didn’t work, which disappoints her. Suddenly, Mami shows up at the workplace and Ruka claims that Kazuya is her boyfriend now. She also tries to demean Mami by saying that she still hasn’t got over Kazuya, and that’s why she’s following him.
After Mami leaves, she meets Chizuru on the train and wonders if Kazuya is double dating. She asks Chizuru if she and Kazuya are dating, to which she denies. Later that night, Mami follows Kazuya’s grandmother’s Twitter account, but her intentions are unknown.
