Developer Jussi Simpanen from Adventure Islands has officially announced the upcoming launch of Poor Bunny!, the studio’s adorable pixel-art platformer where you collect carrots across a single screen. Coming to iOS and Android on March 23rd, the game puts you in the shoes (or paws) of a fluffy bunny on a quest to devour all the carrots on the screen while dodging deadly traps at the same time.

In Poor Bunny!, the titular rabbit must collect carrots in order to unlock new skins, with more than a hundred bunnies to discover. You’ll need to chase your high score, or you can also team up with a buddy via local co-op in the 2-player multiplayer mode. Here, you and your buddy bunny need to work together to rack up those points – or, if you’re feeling a little competitive, you can also go head-to-head against your friend to see which one can collect the most carrots in Versus mode.

As the title of the game suggests, this bunny just can’t catch a break. But if you’re keen on giving this adorable game a go, you can do so by downloading Poor Bunny! on the Google Play Store for Android devices and on the iOS App Store soon. It’s a free-to-play game with ads that you can remove using in-app purchases. This in-app purchase will also offer free extra bunnies, with a free revival once per run instead of having to watch an ad.
