PlayStation’s New Multiplayer Shooter Concord Is Budget-Priced And Up For Preorder

PlayStation revealed Concord during its latest State of Play, showing off a competitive 5v5 shooter featuring 16 unique characters, 12 maps, and cross-play support for PS5 and PC. Firewalk Studios says the game will receive frequent updates, adding content to keep things fresh and allow it to grow over the years. It certainly boasts intriguing visuals, and its characters include play styles for brute force, long-range snipers, and everything in between, so it’ll be interesting to see how it’s received when it drops on August 23.

Ahead of its release, Concord preorders are now open. There’s a good reason to reserve a copy too, as you’ll get access to the beta running in July. You’ll even find a digital deluxe edition that’s loaded with in-game goodies. Here’s a look at Concord preorders and what comes with each edition.

Preordering Concord will get you the Monarch Pack, which includes access to the beta test in July. Unlike most games that now carry a $60-$70 launch price, Concord is available for the budget-friendly price of $40. It comes with the base game and any eligible preorder bonuses.
