Palworld’s community manager suggests you just… play other games if you’re bored

It probably does not need to be restated that Palworld is an odd game. A very odd game, as it happens. But you don’t need to be inundated into its oddness or its potentially legally actionable content to eventually see all that there is to see within the game’s survival-based “it is imperative that you collect the majority of them” gameplay. And the community manager has thus taken to Twitter to reassure the community that if you’ve run out of content to play, then… you can maybe play another game? Like, there are more out there, some of which released pretty recently?

Before the launch of Palworld, Pocketpair Games expected the game to hit 50,000 players maximum, definitely not in terms of multiple millions. The fact that a lot of people have actually gotten really into the game is a welcome turn of events for the devs. But it also means that some people may be expecting more from the game than it is actually capable of delivering on a regular basis, especially since it’s still in early access. The tweet isn’t really confrontational, just a loving note that the game does have more content coming, but it will take some time. And if you’re bored waiting… well… you know what to do.

With Palworld quickly approaching the 1-month mark, it’s interesting to look back at my own thoughts for launch.
