Over the past few months, One Piece chapters have been revolving around Egghead Island and the traitor. As usual, the spoilers for the upcoming chapter surfaced online before its release, and confirmed that the upcoming chapter will finally reveal the identity of the traitor. Moreover, Oda will confirm in the chapter that the consequence of the event would be world-shaking.
What Happened Previously On One Piece?
The previous chapter started with Sentomaru ordering the people on Egghead Island to leave. Upon asking the reason for doing so, he told them about the Ohara incident. According to Sentomaru, something terrible was soon going to happen on Egghead Island. He was also concerned about Luffy and wanted him to leave the place with Vegapunk.
The scene then shifted to Luffy and his group, who were unable to harm the Seraphim despite attacking them continuously. Luffy was fed up at this point, so he and Lucci returned to their base form. Zoro suddenly realized that the Seraphim resembled King. Shaka further explained that they were made using King’s Lineage Factor, which helped them become stronger. Zoro told everyone to look out for the flames on their back. When the flame went off, they needed to attack, and when the flame was on, it was impossible to defeat them.
Back at Nami’s group, S-Shark had injured Edison and Brook, and Nami decided to fight him next. She used Raitei to electrocute him, which seems to have hurt S-Shark. In the meantime, Brook reattached his head. S-Shark was able to grab Nami, and as soon as he was about to hurt her, Sanji appeared from nowhere and sent him flying with a kick.
Ussop and his group were also engaged in the battle, and Lilith could be seen attacking S-Snake with her Bubble Gum. S-Snake fired a laser at Ussop and Lilith, but Franky trapped her with a large bubble. She started to cry, stating that she was suffering, resulting in Franky losing his guard, and S-Snake used the opportunity to break free and petrify him. Later she used her charms and turned Ussop and Lilith to stone as well.
Shaka entered an old Devil Fruit research facility, where he saw CPO agents and Stella. However, there was someone else in prison as well, and as soon as Shaka turned to see the mysterious person, he got shot in the head, and the incident terrified everyone.
