In the previous chapter of One Piece, Luffy shared his ultimate dream with the Straw Hats crew, and let’s just say that everyone found their captain’s dream quite hilarious. After leaving the Wano Country, Luffy also learns that Sabo has killed Cobra. At first, he couldn’t believe that a man like Sabo had killed someone, but after Zoro confirmed the rumor, Luffy started worrying about Vivi.
Luffy thinks that Vivi might be in trouble after her father’s death, so he asks his crew to sail towards, Marijao, the city where Vivi went missing. However, Zoro asks Luffy to have some faith in Vivi, as she is more than capable of handling the situation on her own. Regardless, before getting anywhere near Vivi, Luffy and his crew will have to deal with the whole Jewelry Bonney situation in Chapter 1061 of One Piece.

One Piece To Feature ‘Vegapunk’ in Chapter 1061
According to some early spoilers, Luffy and other Straw hats will come across Vegapunk in Chapter 1061. Apparently, the entire crew will sail towards the “Egg Head,” which is an “island of the future.” Interestingly, the same island belongs to Vegapunk. There’s also a Marine base very close to the island, where we’ll see Tagishi and some members of the SWORD, a Marine HQ led by X Drake. Punk Hazard’s children are also present on the base.
In the next panel, we see Helmeppo, who wants to save Koby by using Vegapunk’s Seraphim – The Human weapons created to replace the Seven Warlords of the Sea. At the same time, Luffy, Jinbe, Chopper, and Bonney get separated from the crew. Finally, at the end of the chapter, we see a mysterious girl taking the center stage and claiming that she’s Vegapunk.
Of course, Chapter 1061 of One Piece won’t be as great as the last few chapters, but it will still be interesting. By putting the spotlight on characters like Vegapunk and Jewelry Bonney, Eiichiro Oda is clearly setting up the plot for the manga’s Final Arc.
