New Genshin Impact Cutscene Trailer Features Fontaine Spoilers

After major Archon Quests or events appear in Genshin Impact, we often see HoYoVerse upload cutscene trailers. Now we’ve seen it happen for 4.1. A new video appeared. This time, it shows off a bit of the Masquerade of the Guilty storyline. As such, people who haven’t been keeping up with the Genshin Impact Fontaine story or who want to see spoilers can revisit a pivotal moment.

Editor’s Note: There are 4.1 Archon Quest spoilers in the Genshin Impact cutscene trailer below.

The whole video takes place in Fortress of Meropide. This is one of the new locations that appeared after the 4.1 update, and it is a pivotal point of interest in both “To the Stars Shining in the Depths” and “Cataclysm’s Quickening.” It takes place deep in the hold, with Fontaine characters Wriothesley and Clorinde preparing for a potentially devastating situation alongside the Traveler and Paimon.

While the first part of the video deals with the initial Genshin Impact Fontaine spoilers, the second focuses on what happens when Neuvillette appears to assist with the situation. It then ends with a line from Neuvillette that suggests his awareness of something deeper going on.

As a reminder, people can still get Neuvillette in Genshin Impact. He and Hu Tao are the two five-star focus units until October 17, 2023. On October 17, 2023, the Venti and Wriothesley five-star character banners will begin.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices.
