What Happened In My Hero Academia Episode 13?

The previous episode was titled “Final Performance” and it started with Mr Compress getting a flashback during their fight with the Creature Rejection Clan. He recalls Spinner questioning Shigaraki about their future plans. Now the scene jumps to the present, where we see Mr Compress using his Quirk on himself, which results in the mutilation of his body and freeing himself from Best Jeanist’s grasp. He then compresses Spinner and Shigaraki and flees towards Gigantomachia. Mr Compress also compresses Dami and Skeptic, who returned after defeating Shoto.

Later in the episode, Mr Compress reveals himself to be the great-grandson of Oji Harima, also known as the Peerless Thief and then releases Spinner and Shigaraki so they can escape. Deku senses a sudden Quirk of Danger Sense, the fourth user of All For One. Spinner remembers Shigaraki’s words and puts the last of his face left, which awakens him. He then blasts powerful Radio Waves, which throw the Heroes away.

In the meantime, All For One has taken control of the Shigaraki’s body as it is about to break. All For One tells Near High-End Nomu to help them escape and leave Compress, Toga, and Machia behind. Seeing this as an opportunity, the remaining Heroes try to attack Shigaraki, but All For One easily counters them. Deku tries again to stop him, but he is easily overpowered. After Shigaraki leaves, Deku wonders that despite Shakaraki having done all the terrible things, he looked terrified after All For One took over his body, and it felt like he was asking for help.
