My 600lb Life’s Brianne ‘unrecognisable’ as she stuns in wedding photos after 400lb loss | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV
Brianne first appeared on the hit TLC series during the seventh season in 2019, and made significant progress with her weight loss before she returned for the Where Are They Now? spin-off. Now working with a hospital and married to her new partner, Christopher Riley, the My 600lb Life star has kept up her healthy lifestyle according to her latest Instagram posts.
The My 600lb Life guest is looking healthier and happier with her new husband Chris in her latest social media posts.
During her episode, Brianne struggled with food addiction and also hoped to heal her relationship with her mother.
She weighed almost 700lbs and her weight loss journey was hampered when her first husband, Rick, suffered a heart attack.
Thankfully, Brianne made significant progress during the first two months on Dr Younan Nowzaradan, aka Dr Now’s programme.

She was able to qualify for weight loss surgery, which helped her lose a staggering total of 402lbs.
However, Brianne’s journey hasn’t been easy, as she later separated from Rick shortly after finding out she was pregnant before she suffered a miscarriage.
In 2021, she announced she and her new partner Chris were together after both their spouses left them and had been dating since 2020.
Later that year, she posted a heartwarming snap of herself and her new husband kissing and looking elated on their wedding day.
“I’m a married woman!!!” she exclaimed in her Instagram post. “Flashback to October 9, 2021.”
After losing more than half her weight, Brianne confirmed with TV Shows Ace she had started working in a hospital.
She had completed her medical assistant class and was also working towards CNA and considering starting nursing school in 2021.
Her current dream is to start her own nursing school, though she also has aspirations of becoming a professional singer.
A source close to Brianne claimed to Starcasm that her marriage with Rick fell apart when she discovered an affair her whole town was aware of.
She went on to become pregnant with twins, but sadly lost one of her children during the pregnancy as it had not fully developed.
Thankfully, Brianne went on to give birth to a healthy baby boy, River, and she continues to update her followers on his progress on social media.
Last year, River posed with Dr Now and was described as the surgeon’s “new fav patient”, and the post received a number of touching tributes from fans.
@tessaamr_ replied: “I just watched your episode and the ‘Where Are They Now?’ episode and you are so inspiring.
“You never made excuses and you stuck with it and every time I would see your progress I would smile! I’m so happy you got your dream. You deserve all the blessings.”
And @nurseann772 wrote: “I just saw your story on TV. You are such a strong lady. Very inspiring. You stuck to it and made it happen. Congratulations! Baby is so cute!” (sic)
According to her Facebook page, Brianne also likes to keep fit with open water swimming, surfing and bodyboarding.
