Mob Psycho 100, the anime adaptation based on ONE’s legendary manga series, is coming back after almost three years with its much-awaited Season 3. The new season was announced in October last year, and now, we are finally close to finding out what the new season has to offer.
Studio Bones worked on the first two seasons of Mob Psycho 100, and they did a spectacular job with the animation. So, it’s exciting that the third season is also animated by the same animation studio. The creators released the official trailer for Season 3 earlier this year, which featured Mob leading a normal life, at least for a while. The second phase of the trailer had Mob unleashing his godly psychic powers. The new season will, of course, be action-packed, but it will also be heartbreaking to see Mob’s emotional breakdown.

Both the subbed and the dubbed version of Season 3 will premiere on October 5th; however, the streaming host has yet to confirm the release time for the dubbed version.
Studio Bones hasn’t confirmed any official episode count for Season 3 yet. The first season of the anime TV show ran for 12 episodes, and the second season followed a similar trend and gave us 13 episodes. So, it’s safe to assume that Season 3 will also feature a similar episode count, making it a single-cour season.
