Mighty Doom has added controller support for all the button mashers out there

Bethesda launched Mighty Doom back in March, giving mobile users a taste of the wildly popular franchise. It offers the same iconic heavy metal violence in a bite-sized form that is perfect for smartphones. However, not everyone prefers the touch controls and let’s be honest, mashing buttons on the controller as a final effort is something all of us enjoy and have done.

Well, there’s no need to miss controllers anymore because Mighty Doom offers gamepad support to all the slayers who prefer it. The game will allow players to connect to major devices like the Dualshock 4, Xbox Wireless Controller, and the Switch Joy-Con. A simple Bluetooth connection is all that’s required.

Once connected, players are free to map the buttons to their liking so that the layout is as convenient for them as possible. The embedded image uses the Xbox controller as an example and shows the major button options. What’s cool about this is the fact that players can perform all moves with just one hand by using the buttons on one side.

If you haven’t heard of Mighty Doom before, it’s a pocket-sized version of the beloved series, which transports the Mini Slayer into yet another Hellish domain full of monsters. The game isn’t as serious as its predecessors, which is evident from the adorable monsters you’re supposed to obliterate in a top-down fashion, as opposed to being FPS like its siblings.

Connect your controller and start getting those glory kills in style by downloading Mighty Doom for free by clicking on your preferred link below. Visit the official website for more information and if you’re looking to find a community of slayers, then be sure to follow the game’s Twitter page.
