The upcoming chapter will pick up right where the previous one left off, with the recently released spoilers also hinting at Lucci and Kaku getting freed, Lucci and Luffy fighting S-Bear, at the same time, Kaku and Zolo fighting S-Hawk, Kid’s arrival at Elbaf, and a few other major incidents.
One Piece Chapter 1076 Spoilers
The upcoming chapter is titled “Old Friends,” and the color spread reveals the Straw Hat crew wearing fancy apparel like sunglasses, caps, jeans, and hoodies. The chapter starts with Zoro hearing Nami screaming, and he says that they need to protect Vegapunks and help their nakama. Luffy and Zoro talk about how they must end their fight quickly as they can’t keep carrying CPO.
On the other hand, Kaku and Lucci try to talk things out with Luffy and Zoro, convincing them to release them. Kaku says that if they manage to go through this, then he will allow him (Luffy) to cuff him again. Luffy then talks with Lucci and ensures that he (Lucci) will not take revenge on his nakama or Vegapunk if he is unable to defeat him, and Lucci agrees with him and states that he is planning to kill him first anyway, and once he’s dead, all his nakama will be dead as well.
Shaka hands over the handcuff keys to Luffy and says that he is allowed to do anything unless he ensures Stella’s safety; after this, Luffy uncuffs Lucci and Kaku. They all then team up for different battles. Luffy teams up with Lucci and fights S-Bear in Gear Forth while Lucci uses Hybrid form. Kaku and Zoro fight S-Hawk; Kaku doesn’t transform, while S-Hawk uses “Supa Supa no Mi.” Together, they use a combo attack against S-Bear and S-Hawk, and as a result, they both are thrown out of the building.
The scene cuts to the real Vegapunk, who wakes up in a secret prison in the laboratory. He can be seen as an old man, injured and tied in chains. Some CPO agents who have been missing for weeks and months are also there. Vegapunk is surprised to see himself in prison and wonders how his research papers got leaked to the world government.
The scene then shifts to Egghead Island, where we hear some communication from different Marine bases, stating that more than 100 ships are headed to the island. In a bar in Elbaf, we see Shanks and Red Hair pirates enjoying drinks, and a giant kid asks Shanks if he could join them on their ship, but Shanks refuses him. The lady in the bar tells the kid to give up. Suddenly, some ships of Red Hair Pirates arrive at the islands and inform Shanks of the arrival of Kid Pirates.
After a little conversation, Shanks asks Dorry and Brogy if they would help him fight against the enemies, to which they agree. Shanks then go to battle with Brogy and Dorry and tells Rockstar to talk with Kid about the fight or ask Kid if he could surrender Road Poneglyph and leave peacefully. Killer warns Kid of the enemy’s power by stating that in the previous fight, they could not even see Shanks’ face, and this time it might get even worse. But Kid is resistant to hearing, and the chapter ends with Shanks walking towards the coast for the battle while other captains cheer for him.
