Limbus Company reveals the first teaser for the next season of content, centered around Li Sang

Indie developer Project Moon has finally revealed the first teaser for the upcoming new season of content for the gacha turn-based RPG Limbus Company. This new season seems to focus on Li Sang, a character who has not been explored too thoroughly yet and will bring a brand new battle pass, story chapter, and smaller updates as the season progresses.

Limbus Company has seen a good bit of success since the game launched in February. The story chapters so far have gone over the backstory of a few of the Sinners within the game, but Li Sang has stayed quite a mystery. Up till now, he’s been a man of few words and one of the more interesting members of the roster, so it’s excellent to know we’ll be learning more about him with this upcoming season.

The teaser seems to focus on a group of students or inventors of some type, who I imagine Li Sang was a member of, and the story of how their hopeful discovery or invention or whatever it may be ended in some sort of disaster. What this is we have no idea just yet, but the new story chapter is all but guaranteed to shed some light on their circumstance while revealing more about Li Sang as well.

As for content additions, we’ll be seeing that new story chapter, but we’ll also see a new battle pass too. This pass will surely come with a bunch of new E.G.Os to collect, including one for Li Sang himself, along with the usual currency rewards and the like. Other than that, future content remains to be seen, but we won’t have to wait too long with the new season beginning on June 1st.

If you’re itching to learn about the mystery man Li Sang yourself, download Limbus Company for free at either of the links below and catch up on the story before the new season drops!
