iQOO Neo 5: iQoo Neo 5 gets BIS certification, may launch soon in India

Smartphone brand iQoo may soon launch iQoo Neo 5 smartphone in India. The handset has allegedly received Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification.
For the unaware, the smartphone was launched in China last month. It comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC.
A screenshot of BIS certification of alleged iQoo Neo 5 was shared by a tipster online. The phone can be seen carrying model number I2012. Although it does not state the name of the device, it is believed to be iQoo Neo 5.
An iQoo device with a similar model number was earlier spotted on benchmark listing site Geekbench. No other specs/features are revealed by the listing.
iQoo Neo 5: Specs
iQoo Neo 5 is equipped with a 6.62-inch full HD+ display. The screen has a refresh rate of 120Hz and features 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 octa-core processor and is offered in two variants.
The base model packs 8GB RAM with 128GB storage. There is a 12GB RAM variant with 256GB storage. iQoo Neo 5 is a dual SIM phone and runs Android 11 operating system topped with OriginOS.
The smartphone features a triple rear camera system at the back. It offers a 48MP main sensor with f/1.79 aperture, 13MP ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP mono sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, it is equipped with a 16MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.
iQoo Neo 5 houses a 4000mAh battery with support for 66W super-fast flash charging.
