Olivia Attwood reveals reason for leaving I’m A Celebrity

ITV will be airing I’m A Celebrity All Stars soon after the series was recently filmed in South Africa. Once again, a whole host of familiar faces will be put to the test in a new set of challenges. All of the stars have previously taken part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and will be hoping to prove their mettle again. The line-up for the new series has now been confirmed with stars from the catwalk, boxing ring, music world and acting arena also taking part – here’s a look at the line-up.

Who is in the I’m A Celebrity All Stars 2023 line-up?

Shaun Ryder

English singer-songwriter Shaun Ryder is the lead singer of Happy Mondays.

He appeared on the show back in 2010 and ended up in 10th place when he was sent packing from the jungle.

Ryder has previously opened up about being diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia later in life.

Most recently, Ryder appeared in Channel 4 shows Fame in the Family and Stand Up and Deliver.

Helen Flanagan

Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan will be gracing the show this year and is best known as her soap alter-ego Rose Webster.

The mother-of-three came in seventh place when she took part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! back in 2012.

During her time in Weatherfield, Flanagan was nominated for Best Dramatic Performance from a Young Actor or Actress at the British Soap Awards in 2006 was narrowly pipped to the post.

She has appeared on the celebrity TV circuit on the reality shows Celebrity Super Spa, Celebrity Wedding Planner as well as a small stint on Holby City.

Phil Tufnell

Former England cricket player Phil Tufnell is no stranger to screens and is know a television and radio personality.

Phil, 56, won the nation over in 2003 when he was crowned King of the Jungle back in series two of the hit reality show.

He has also appeared on Strictly Come Dancing, Celebrity Deal or No Deal, A Question of Sport and They Think It’s All Over.

Tufnell and his fellow cricketer Jonathan Agnew appeared on stage in An Evening with Aggers and Tuffers in Lancaster recently to talk about their sporting careers and take questions from the audience.

Paul Burrell

Royal butler Paul Burrell, who was a close confidante to Princess Diana, will be taking part.

He appeared on the series back in 2004’s fourth series and ended up being a runner-up.

Some of Burrell’s other television appearances include Australian Princess, Countdown, Stars in Their Eyes and Through the Keyhole.

Earlier this year, Burrell revealed he’d been diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2022 and was receiving treatment.

Jordan Banjo

Jordan Banjo is a radio DJ on Kiss FM as well as being part of the Britain’s Got Talent dance troupe Diversity.

The 30-year-old is a recent I’m A Celebrity alumni after appearing in the show back in 2016 and came fourth in series 16.

Most recently, he appeared on The Masked Dancer when he was revealed to be Viper and became the first to be unveiled.

Banjo, who is the younger brother of Ashley, recently tied the knot with now wife Naomi Courts with the couple having two children together.

Some of his other work includes serving as a digital presenter on Dancing on Ice and The Greatest Dancer.

Carol Vorderman

National treasure and number cruncher Carol Vorderman is taking part in the show and these days serves as a current affairs commentator on This Morning, among many other roles.

Carol, 62, appeared on I’m A Celebrity back in series 16 back in 2016, which will see her reuniting with campmate Jordan.

Carol is also a campaigner for women’s health after getting into a spat with health minister Maria Caulfield during a menopause hearing.

She has also been vocal against corruption and holding the government to account.

Amir Khan

Boxer Amir Khan takes off the boxing gloves for I’m A Celebrity All Stars.

His stint in the jungle came to an end in 2017’s 17th series when he became the seventh star to be sent packing.

Along with his sporting career, Khan, 36, is also a philanthropist as well as having his own BBC Three reality series.

He appears with his wife Faryal in the eight-part programme Meet the Khans and was previously involved in the Channel 4 show Amir Khan’s Angry Young Men.

Janice Dickinson

The original super model Janice Dickinson continues to go from strength to the strength as a television personality and businesswoman.

She was a runner-up on series seven of I’m A Celebrity back in 2007.

Some of her other work includes serving as a judge on America’s Next Top Model, reality series Janice & Abbey with fellow model Abbey Clancy and Celebrity Big Brother 16 which saw her come in seventh place.

Some of her other TV appearances include The Bachelor, Couples Therapy, Celebrity Juice and Botched.

Fatima Whitbread

Olympian and retired javelin thrower Fatima Whitbread is also heading to South Africa for a new series of challenges.

Fatima, 62, appeared on I’m A Celebrity back in 2011 and came in third place in series 11.

The sportswoman has published two autobiographies Fatima: The Autobiography of Fatima Whitbread in 1988 and Survivor: The Shocking and Inspiring Story of a True Champion in 2012.

Most recently, Fatima appeared on Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins on Channel 4 but found it to be a gruelling ordeal after suffering injuries while filming on the show in the Middle East.

I’m A Celebrity All Stars will air on ITV1 later this year
