To achieve victory as a survivor in Evil Dead: The Game, you’ll need to collect pieces of a map. That map will eventually lead to you recovering the Kandarian Dagger. And this dagger becomes essential to your success. Thankfully, once you’ve got it, it turns out that using the Kandarian Dagger in Evil Dead: The Game is easy.
Towards the end of a match, you’ll encounter enemies known as the ‘Dark Ones’. Your normal weapons are no good to these. Only that special dagger you’ve collected will best them.

To use the Kandarian Dagger in Evil Dead: The Game, press and hold down triangle (or ‘Y’ on an Xbox controller). A magical beam of power will emanate from it, striking a Dark One in its path.
Keep holding down the button to keep the beam from the dagger going. You’ll need to ensure you maintain a direct line of sight between you and the Dark One to defeat it.
If you’re facing off against multiple Dark Ones – which you undoubtedly will be – you’ll need to repeat the process for each one. Hold down triangle and fire a deadly beam in their direction.
