How to solve Encryption Block puzzles in Wuthering Waves

Across the open world of Wuthering Waves, you’ll find plenty of Encryption Block puzzles, but how can you solve them? The tutorial makes this challenge a little confusing, so I’ll make it digestible for you.

Wuthering Waves: How to solve Encryption Block puzzles

You’ll come across your first Encryption Block puzzles while playing the main quest of Wuthering Waves. However, the tutorial made it a little confusing, and I was forced to learn on my own. You can solve the Encryption Block puzzles in Wuthering Waves by lighting up all Encryption Blocks using the rotated Key Repeaters.

You can pick up Key Repeaters using the Levitator Utility and place them on any of the Encryption Blocks. Your goal is to use all Kep Repeaters to light up every Encryption Block. This can only be done by placing the Key Repeaters on the correct blocks while also rotating them the correct way.

During the first puzzle, I didn’t need to rotate the Key Repeaters at all, but I found a puzzle later on that required me to rotate them. Since the Key Repeaters have arrows on them leading to where Decryption Pulses are sent out, you need to rotate them in the correct directions too.

Play around with the Key Repeaters and all the best ways that they can cover as many Encryption Blocks as possible. If it looks like it covers the most ground, it’s probably in the right place. Typically, you’ll need to place them at intersections to get the most bang for your buck. I’m guessing that most puzzles don’t have multiple answers and typically can only be completed one way, but I’ve only finished a few myself.

After covering all Encryption Blocks and lighting them up, you’ll complete the puzzle and earn a nice reward from a locked supply chest.
