How to get the Flickerstep in Diablo 4

Unique items are always a great find, but oftentimes these finds could feel totally alien to the average player thanks to slim drop rates. Well, time to turn things and RNG in your favor: here is how to get the Flickerstep in Diablo 4.

Diablo 4: How to get the Flickerstep

To get the Flickerstep boots, you will have to play Diablo 4 in either World Tier III or IV. This is because the Flickerstep boots are a Unique item, making them one very rare drop in the game. While might encounter these boots while normally playing the game in either Nightmare or Torment difficulties, the truth is that your chances to encounter this Unique are really slim. For that reason, defeating Elites and Bosses is the best way to farm Unique items, more specifically, the Flickerstep. So, prepare yourself to tackle some Gathering Legions and Nightmare Dungeons, and send those World Bosses back to their hellish home.

Now, if you are really feeling a deep connection with the Flickerstep and you cannot stand any second you spend without it, then there is an extra thing you can attempt. And of course, this means that difficulty is going to increase dramatically. Endgame bosses are a thing in the Season of the Blood, and the biggest of them all is Duriel, King of Maggots. This Echo of Duriel can drop any Unique and Uber Unique item in the game, so it is still not a certainty that you will get the Flickerstep once you defeat him. Moreover, to summon him, you need to offer two Mucus-Slick Eggs and two Shards of Agony inside Gaping Crevasse. Each of these items are Endgame Boss drops and they only drop once per fight.

I hope your journey to get the Flickerstep does not hinder your Diablo 4 by trapping you in an endless farm cycle. After all, these boots will reward your Evades by reducing your Ultimate Skill cooldown by 2-4 seconds, which will heavily increase your damage output capabilities.
