The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has a massive amount of different items for you to collect during your stay in this version of Hyrule. Among these items you can get are different food types, weapons, and even new armor pieces. Some of these armor pieces are items that give you certain buffs, such as heat and cold resistance, or simple stat increases. The Diamond Circlet is one of these armor pieces, and in Breath of the Wild, it grants an increased resistance to Guardian attacks. Well, with the removal of Guardians in Tears of the Kingdom, due to the Calamity being a thing of the past, what does the Diamond Circlet do? Before that though, you’re going to need to know where to get it. Here’s our guide on how to get the Diamond Circlet in Tears of the Kingdom.
To get the Diamond Circlet in Tears of the Kingdom, you need to head to Gerudo Town. Unlike in Breath of the Wild where you find it in a chest at the bottom of one of the labyrinths in the world, you find the Diamond Circlet in a shop in Tears of the Kingdom.
Once you arrive at Gerudo Town, you’re going to want to head to the second shop on the right if we’re entering from the entrance of Gerudo Town, which has the name Starlight Memories. Inside this shop you’ll find a few useful items you can buy, but the first one on the left is the Diamond Circlet. Its cost is 2,400 rupees, which can be seen as pretty pricey, but for what the Diamond Circlet’s stat bonus is, it’s probably worth it.
The Diamond Circlet in Tears of the Kingdom can’t increase your resistance to Guardian attacks, as they’re not in the game. Instead, the Diamond Circlet increases your attack. This can hopefully help you overcome some of the challenges in Tears of the Kingdom by dealing a larger amount of damage.
