After all, finding dozens or even hundreds of a resource compared to already having a bunch on hand is much more convenient. Here’s how to get Iris for Taoqi and Calcharo’s ascension levels.

How to get Iris in Wuthering Waves

There are three main ways to find Iris in Wuthering Waves:

1. Harvest in the wild in Whining Aix’s Mire.
2. Complete Calcharo’s Skill Training tutorial.
3. Purchase from Shifang’s Pharmacy.

Whining Aix’s Mire farming routes

The best way to get Iris in Wuthering Waves is by farming it in Whining Aix’s Mire. While other locations in the game occasionally spawn this resource, Whining Aix’s Mire spawns dozens, allowing you to get numerous Iris flowers relatively quickly. In particular, you want to focus on the areas directly south and east of the area’s Resonance Nexus, as these are the regions where you’ll find the most Iris spawns.

Just be careful, as the sandstorm south of the Resonance Nexus makes a good chunk of this area inaccessible until you clear it out during a main story quest. While you can still access plenty of Iris outside of this area, having this as another option will help you get more during your farming run.

Calcharo Skill Tutorial

Another way to get Iris is through Resonator combat training. Every Resonator has their own skill tutorial that rewards their respective ascension material, which you can access through the Path of Growth menu. Completing the skill tutorial rewards you with three Iris alongside ten Astrite and shell credits, giving you a quick and easy way to get some of this resource.

Shifang Pharmacy

The last way to get Iris is to purchase some from Shifang’s Pharmacy in Jinzhou. Although this isn’t a free option, it’s relatively cheap, with Iris costing 3,000 shell credits per flower. You can buy up to 15 Iris from the shop for 45,000 credits, making this a helpful stop if you need a bunch quickly and don’t want to go to Whining Aix’s Mire to farm for some. You can also find other ascension materials like Pecok Flower and Belle Poppy here if you have more characters to upgrade.
