In Cyberpunk 2077, some of the most satisfying builds revolve around the cool attribute, with builds that revolve around being stealthy and swift, like the assassin build. One great weapon for any assassin is the classic throwing knife, and the Blue Fang is one of the best ones out there. Here’s how to get the Blue Fang in Cyberpunk 2077.
In Cyberpunk 2077, Blue Fang is the iconic version of the Neurotoxin Knife that was added in Patch 1.6. A throwable knife, this weapon has some very useful abilities.
It’s primary purpose is to stun enemies. Outside of combat, it stuns enemies instantly. Inside combat, however, it’ll take 3 seconds for the stun to take effect, but if you score a headshot, it’ll only take 1 second.
Enemies won’t be stunned permanently, but it’ll be long enough for you to take them out consequence free, or will buy you enough time to take out the others. Alongside stunning, Blue Fang deals chemical damage and has a 15% chance to poison your enemies, just to add insult to injury.

If you want to get your hands on this incredible iconic, you’ll have to buy it. Head over to the Jackson Plains in the Badlands, and you’ll find a melee vendor. She will sell it to you as long as you have 45 Street Cred, so this is locked for early and even mid-game builds.
Once you’ve got it, you can improve it through crafting. You can craft it into a tier 4 weapon as long as you have 30 Tier 2 components, 25 Tier 3 components, 30 Tier 4 components, and 1 Tier 5 component. You can improve it further to a Tier 5 weapon as long as you have 40 Tier 3 components, 35 Tier 4 components, and 5 Tier 5 components. Make sure you have the perks that allow you to craft and improve to such a level.
Each upgrade increases its stats, naturally, so it could become a seriously damaging and useful tool for any class, not just the assassins.
