Claiming your locker is something that can be done very early in Splatoon 3, but getting a bigger one is definitely going to take you a while and a lot of hard work. That is because it is based on your character level in the game, which takes longer to level up the more you grow.
How Do You Get A Bigger Locker?
To get a bigger locker in Splatoon 3, you have to play until you have reached level 15. This will require a lot of matches to be played, with winning matches definitely helping you get there a lot faster than if you are losing. Finding good teams to run with can be a big help here, as you will want to maximize your chances of winning and thus get even more XP.
Another way to help yourself earn XP more rapidly is by purchasing XP boost food such as The Pescatariant Royale, which doubles battle XP upon usage. There is also the Marigold’en Garden Greens that doubles battle XP for all teammates, so perhaps you’ll get lucky and a teammate will be using one of them.
After you have reached level 15, you can head back to the locker area, where you will find that your smaller locker has now been expanded to a taller one. This gives you more space to decorate and make it more yours than before. Make sure to get yourself some free decorations from playing through the game’s story mode as well so that you can make your locker the best in all of Splatsville.
