On Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, there has been word that Tier Skips Tokens are not working, and those who have experienced it are looking for a fix. Well, this guide may help you on your way.
There isn’t an official patch out for the problem, as far as we can tell. The Trello boards for both games are generally a good place to stop to see what issues are getting worked on, and what problems have been alleviated. However, for some players, Tier Skips are just not working sometimes. Here’s what you can do.
How to fix Tier Skips not working in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2
The first step you can take is the typical one when dealing with modern problems: restart. By restarting Warzone 2 or Modern Warfare 2, you may be able to fix the Tier skip bug. You might even want to try restarting your platform entirely, but that might not be necessary.
If you purchased the special editions of the game, you may need to check if you have the content. If you do, then the Tier Skip Tokens are likely bugged. In any case, if nothing helps you might need to reach out to Activision and submit a ticket at its support site.
Unfortunately, if the above doesn’t work, you may just have to wait. Activision has been rolling out fix after fix for Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2, so if you’re missing Tier Skip Tokens, holding off for a patch could be your last option.
