How To Find Junk Rift & Eliminate Opponents

Fortnite is back with some exciting challenges, with one of them involving the recently unvaulted weapon that has been wreaking havoc, the Junk Rift.

While the other tasks are much more streamlined and players will be able to get the respective item required for the challenge without much of a hassle, this one can take a few tries for players to complete. The problem while completing this challenge is finding a Junk Rift. Junk Rift was unvaulted recently, after being removed from the game for a long time.

Where To Find Junk Rift In Fortnite

Considering that the Junk Rift can be slightly tricky to find, it is pivotal that you land at the right locations to search for the weapon. Ideally, you should be looking for hot drops, since you have a better chance of getting a Junk Rift there. It should be noted that Junk Rift can be found on the ground, so you don’t really need to look for chests or supply drops to find the weapon. Surely, there is an even better chance of finding it there, but you can get it via regular floor loot as well.

Now, you might be wondering which are the best drop locations to get the best loot. Firstly, you have the regular hot drops which include Rave Cave, Daily Bugle, Sleepy Sound, and Shifty Shafts. On top of that, you can check out the recently added POIs as well, such as the Kame House as areas near them can offer you pretty good loot as well.

After getting the Junk Rift, you need to employ some strategy to be able to successfully eliminate opponents. While the Junk Rift is a really powerful weapon, it should be noted that players need to be careful while using it, as it can kill the players themselves. The ideal strategy should be using the Junk Rift from far, especially on enemies with whom you aren’t engaged with. This will prevent you from getting hit while giving little time to the opponents to react.
