Bramblin is a unique Grass/Ghost-Type Pokemon in Scarlet & Violet, but you can make it more interesting by evolving it into Brambleghast.
Quick Links
Although Bramblin’s tumbleweed design is unexpected, it makes for a very interesting new Pokemon to train. Introduced in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, this Grass/Ghost-Type Pokemon can be found rolling around all desert areas of Paldea.
Bramblin’s unique Grass/Ghost-Type combination can make for a very strong offensive Pokemon that is super effective against many types. Evolving it into Brambleghast can take it a step further, adding new abilities and increasing its attack and speed significantly.
Where To Find Bramblin
Bramblin is a relatively easy Pokemon to find in Paldea, so long as you are far enough in the game to reach the desert areas, including Asado Desert and East Province (Area Three), as is shown on the map above. Bramblin can be easy to spot since they are somewhat large and move quickly around the map. The desert areas are also quite open, so finding any Pokemon will be a breeze.
With the two different areas where you can find Bramblin, they will all be around the same level. However, of these locations, there is one in particular where you can find Bramblin more frequently. Follow our directions below to catch your own Bramblin.
- To start, you can fly to the East Province (Area Three) Pokemon Center.
- When you arrive, you should be able to find a few Bramblin tumbling around just outside of the Pokemon Center. We were able to find one directly next to it.
- These Pokemon can move about suddenly, so make sure to approach them quickly.
- These Bramblin will be around Level 25 to 26, so if you dwindle its HP down, you should be able to catch it with a regular Poke Ball.
Once you have caught your Bramblin, despite what level it is, you can now begin the process of having it evolve into Brambleghast.
How To Evolve Bramblin Into Brambleghast
Similar to a few other Pokemon, Bramblin’s evolution is unusual but quite easy to accomplish. All you will need to do is take Bramblin out of its Poke Ball and walk around Paldea with you. Here is all you will need to do to evolve Bramblin as quickly as possible.
- Start by putting your Bramblin in the first spot on your team.
- Then, take Bramblin out using the ‘Let’s Go’ feature, either with the ZR button or R button.
- This will allow Bramblin to walk beside you or participate in auto battles. You will just need to make sure that you walk around with Bramblin for at least 1,000 steps, which shouldn’t take very long.
- When you think you have hit 1,000 steps or more, give Bramblin a few Experience Candies to level up, or let it battle to level up on its own.
- When it finally levels up, your Bramblin should successfully evolve into Brambleghast.
