All that said, here’s how to enable 2FA on Fortnite.

How to enable 2FA on Fortnite

Enabling 2FA on Fortnite only takes you a few minutes. Follow the steps below to begin:

  1. Go to your Account page.
  2. Click on the Password & Security tab.
  3. Below ‘Two-Factor Authentication,’ choose the 2FA option you want to enable. You can use an authenticator app, your phone via SMS, or your email address to receive the code whenever you log in.
  4. A prompt appears showing that it has been enabled.

If more than one authentication method is toggled on, check the box with the option ‘Make this my primary Two-Factor authentication method’ on your more preferred method.

There are fun rewards that you can receive after enabling 2FA on Fortnite. It unlocks the Boogie Down emote, for one. If you have the PvE co-op Fortnite: Save The World, you’ll also get 50 armory slots, 10 backpack slots, and a Legendary Troll Stash Llama.
