FIFA 23 is already out, and it introduces a number of significant changes to the series, including a brand-new in-game currency in the Ultimate Team mode that you can use to get some Gold and Premium packs. Here, we will tell you all about FIFA 23 Moments and the new purple stars at the top left of your game screen.
If you have already started your FUT career in FIFA 23, then you might have noticed new purple stars at your currency bar in the game. These stars are called Moment Stars and you can earn them by completing a number of skill moves and challenges provided in the game under the name of Moments.
How To Earn Moment Stars
If you navigate to the Play tab in the Ultimate Team mode, you will spot a new option called Moments. Click on it, and it will open up a wide variety of campaigns that you can finish earning Moment Stars. Each campaign includes multiple tasks and finishing each task rewards you with one or two Moment Stars.
How To Trade Moment Stars For Rewards
Once you collect enough Moment Stars, you can trade them for rewards at the Moment Star Gallery. The Star Gallery is the left-most tile inside the Moments menu. Here, you will have the chance to spend your Moment Stars on Gold Packs or Premium Gold Packs. There are also some other seasonal rewards that you can unlock, including the Ted Lasso manager card, or some other seasonal packs that you can only acquire once until the end of the current season.
Currently, you can earn up to 188 Moment Stars. With this amount, you can buy up to 15 Gold Packs or 11 Premium Gold Packs, which is at least equal to a full squad. So, it is indeed worth it to complete all Moments tasks and collect these easy packs, which are quite good for your starter squad, or even you can use the pack players later to solve Squad Building Challenges.
In addition to Moments, there are also the traditional Objectives in Ultimate Team that will add up to your XP points and FIFA Coins.
