Changing your name in Star Wars Hunters should be easy right? Well, it’s not as clear-cut as you’d think it would be. This guide will teach you how to change your username in Star Wars Hunters.
Star Wars Hunters: How to change your username
When I first launched Star Wars Hunters, I found many mechanics were locked behind progression. For example, you must play the mobile game for a certain amount of time if you want to play with friends. This seems to be the same when it comes to changing your username. However, it looks like you have to get past the tutorial of Star Wars Hunters first. Luckily, you can do this quickly.
Changing your username
As soon as you complete the tutorial, the entire main menu opens up. You’re able to do a bunch of things such as retrieving your pre-register awards. To change your name, simply head into profile or avatar on the top left. Once you open this new window, you’ll see the Rewards, Overview, and Match History Tab. The option you need will be at the top. It should show your name, plus what level you are. Tap or click on that section, and you’ll get sent to another menu.
If you see Avatars, don’t worry, you’re in the right place. Your username will be on top as it was on the last menu. From here, press on the pencil icon on the right of your level. Create your new account username, and then press Accept. Your new name should show up immediately afterward.
However, if you’re planning on doing this again, you have to wait around seven days to change your username once more.
Knowing how to change your username is important, but learning the best ways to get Hunter Tokens in Star Wars Hunters is crucial.
