How to activate the rail by supplying power in Stellar Blade

Early in Stellar Blade, you’ll be tasked with activating the rail by supplying power so you can travel to a new area. This is one of the first puzzles in the game, and it’s a frustrating one.

The aim of the puzzle is to use the provided numbers to supply just enough power to each meter so that every one of them is filled up. With only four numbers to choose from and five different meters that need filling, this puzzle feels like guesswork until you figure out how the game splits power between each meter.

To solve the puzzle and activate the rail by supplying power in Stellar Blade, you have to fill up all five meters with just enough power. The first meter has seven blocks, the second has four, the third has three, the fourth has two, and the fifth only has one. When you assign a number to one of the available slots, it’ll split its power between the attached meters.

To successfully solve this puzzle, input 3-8-Blank-6-Blank-1 into the six available slots. This will fill each meter up with just enough power and ensure that every block is filled. Once that’s done, the puzzle will wrap up automatically and you can continue with the main story of Stellar Blade.

There aren’t too many more puzzles like this in Stellar Blade, but you will still have to use your brain from time to time for certain side quests and other things. Stellar Blade is an action game first and foremost though, so you’ll still spend most of your time slicing and dicing through Naytibas. There are plenty of tough fights ahead of you, but for some people, the toughest battle is with the game’s input lag which can make combat feel a bit sluggish.
