Where to access DLC in Persona 3 Reload
To access the DLC, players need to interact with the closet in their dorm room. There is a part a few days into the game where you’ll awaken to your true powers. Furthermore, it’s unclear if the game will let you access the closet before this point and time. But if P5 is anything to go off of, you’ll more than likely have to wait until you get your first Persona.

The DLC for Persona 3 Reload acts the same way as the DLC does in Persona 5, so you might already have an idea where it is. Of course, players won’t have the DLC immediately when they start the game. First, players will experience the intro of the game, along with showing off their dorm and where they’ll be going to school.
On release, players have the chance of obtaining a total of 7 DLC packs. These are divided evenly, with 3 costume packs, 3 Persona packs, and a music pack from P5R. That being said, with every Persona game releasing nowadays, players can purchase these DLC packs individually. But regardless of when you purchase the DLC, all you’ll have to do is visit the closet and it will be all yours.
