It’s been a month since the release of HoYoverse’s highly anticipated title, Honkai: Star Rail. It is a sci-fi fantasy that takes players on an intergalactic adventure across several worlds full of quirky characters. The developers have also announced an upcoming update, version 1.1, which is set to introduce brand-new content.
Honkai: Star Rail’s version 1.1 update has been titled Galactic Roaming and brings three new characters – Silver Wolf, Luocha, and Yukong, alongside activities in the Herta Space Station, Jarilo-VI, and Xianzhou Luofu. Additionally, players can also enjoy new companion missions, gameplay features, and limited-time events.
Silver Wolf belongs to the Stellaron Hunters’ squad and is an expert hacker. Gameplay wise she follows the Path of Nihility and is a Quantum-type character, capable of applying debuffs to opponents and reducing their Toughness. Silver Wolf’s ultimate similarly deals immense damage and lowers enemy defences.
Luocha, on the other hand, is an Imaginary-type character on the Path of Abundance. He is a nomadic merchant who always carries a peculiar coffin with him. While the casket signifies death, Luocha is actually a master of recuperation thanks to his medical knowledge. His skills grant emergency healing to allies and inflict enemies with Imaginary damage while removing one of their buffs.
Finally, Yukong joins the roster as a Sky-Faring Hel Master, another Imaginary-type character following the Path of Harmony. She supervises all concerns related to Xianzhou Luofu and her skills reflect this as they provide assistance to her companion. Meanwhile, the game is also adding new events such as the Starhunt Game and Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities, which expand on the game’s lore and allow players to explore the large world. To top it off, completing certain trials will unlock heaps of rewards.
