The latest Honkai: Star Rail Myriad Celestia trailer is live, and it features a look at the backstory of Robin and Sunday by showing them as children. We get to see younger versions of the siblings as she reassures some children by sharing a story.
The video begins with a group of children surrounding a radio in a room as bombs go off. A candle is then lit, and we hear Robin’s voice as she starts performing shadow puppets. It seems she is there with the kids, though they don’t recognize her. Robin reveals that she started singing because her mother sang to her and Sunday during a similar disaster as she shielded them from debris in wreckage.
After that, we see Sunday and Robin as children together. They’re painting, and he promises she’ll get to sing. We then get to see what Robin’s life is like after she gets famous. Both the good and bad parts are highlighted. It ends with Robin explaining why she continues to perform.
