The last assignment teaches the player a spell, allowing them to change enemies into items, here’s how to get transformation in Hogwarts Legacy.

As the protagonist is trying to catch up to the other 5th years, Hogwarts Legacy allows players many assignments from their professors to help them learn new spells. After learning many different spells and completing the other assignments, players will finally be able to unlock Transformation.
This spell can be incredibly useful in combat, as it turns your enemies into random objects, leaving them unable to attack or move unless they are attacked first. For the most part, this is a straightforward spell to unlock, and you’ll receive an owl for this assignment after completing Fire and Vice after the second trial.
Finding The Field Pages
This last assignment is fairly straightforward, having the player collect two Field Guide pages located within Hogwarts. The first page is found within the underground harbor. Head outside of the Great Hall and head down to the left side of the building, looking for a door along the wall below the Great Hall, following your field guide to lead you to its location. The page is along the right side of the docks, with Revelio revealing its exact location.
The second page is located in the library, which players visited earlier in the game when sneaking into the restricted section. Head into the library and head to the upper back left section. Another student is currently reading the book that you need, and you’ll have to take her quiz to get the book.

After completing this quiz, Sophronia will offer you round two, which is not required to complete this mission. She then leaves the book on the pedestal, and casting Revelio will reveal the page for players to collect. After collecting both pages, attend class and learn Transformation.
Transformation allows the caster to transform their target into a random object, like a barrel, for a short time. Untouched, the item will remain stationary and will not change back for a short time, helping to give players a short break from stronger enemies to focus on others for a time. Should you attack or hurt the transformed item, it will change back into the original creature and resume combat.
