The treasure vaults in Hogwarts Legacy can provide you with superior gear to level up your character. To unlock the treasure from these vaults, though, you’ll occasionally have to solve a puzzle without any direction.
You’ll run into a few arrow block puzzles along the way, and you might be unsure how to go about putting them all together. It’s a lot less complicated than it seems, and we will go over all three that you can find in the over world.
The first treasure vault we are going to visit is located in the region of North Ford Bog. At the very top, use the San Bakar’s Tower Floo Flame, and head south down the bridge to reach the treasure vault.
To gain access, all you’ll need to do is break down the barrier using a basic cast. Then, head inside and there will be one arrow block on the ground in front of you, separated from the rest of the blocks against the wall. Pick up the block in front of you using Wingardium Leviosa, and then you will want to flip it upside down, so the arrow is pointing downwards. Then, place it into the missing spot between the top two blocks, and you’ll have solved the puzzle. You can then pick up the treasure to the right.
Next, we have the treasure vault located directly north of the town of Feldcroft. Start at the Feldcroft Floo Flame, and make your way to the treasure vault shown in the image above, just below another treasure vault and nearby to some ruins.
To open this vault, all you will need to do is find a cube in the nearby area and place it on the platform in front of the main entrance. The cube will be hidden off to the left of the entrance behind a few hills. Use Revelio to find it, and then pick it up using Wingardium Leviosa and put in on the platform. Finally, use Levioso on the block and the main entrance will open for you.
Once you’re inside, you’ll notice a block on the left side. Pick it up using Wingardium Leviosa, and then rotate it until the arrow is pointing downwards. Then, place it in the missing slot at the very top of the stack of cubes, and the treasure will unlock.
The last treasure vault with an arrow block puzzle is also located in the Feldcroft Region, west of Rookwood Castle. Use the Rookwood Castle Floo Flame, and head west until you reach the vault just before the river. Once you arrive, you’ll only need to use Depulso to open the main entrance.
For this puzzle, there are two movable blocks, one in the middle and one on top of the stack on the left side of the room. First, pick up the block in the middle using Wingardium Leviosa and place it on the left open slot on the stack. Make sure the arrow is pointing upwards. Then, pick up the other block and rotate it, so the arrow is pointing to the right. Place it in the empty slot on the right side, and the door to the treasure will open up.
