Over the years Hasbro has produced mashups of Transformers with various other popular franchises. Such past toys include the Ghostbusters Mash-Up Ecto-1 Ectotron action figure as well as the Back to the Future Mash-Up, Gigawatt figure. Last year in fact, Hasbro debuted a Transformers: Collaborative: Top Gun Mash-Up, Maverick Robot to tie-in with the Top Gun sequel last year. With the Transformers: Rise of the Beasts film arriving in theaters this month, it’s seems fitting that Hasbro is going prehistoric with its latest collaboration. This morning, Hasbro revealed the Transformers Collaborative Jurassic Park x Transformers Dilophocon and Autobot JP12 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park.
Fans will certainly remember the iconic scene in the original film where the traitorous Dennis Nedry (played by Wayne Knight) met his demise at the hands of the Dilophosaurus. Props to Hasbro for including a shaving cream canister and embryo containment unit as an accessory!
