Munehisa Iwai is the holder of the Hanged Man Arcana and a Confidant in Persona 5 Royal. He runs the Untouchable airsoft gun shop in Shibuya and is introduced on 04/17. You can begin his Confidant on 05/07 by returning the mysterious paper bag he hands you on 05/04, assuming you have Guts: Dauntless or higher. He is available on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings and can be found behind the counter at the Untouchable airsoft shop in Shibuya.
As with most Confidants, there isn’t a limit on when you can rank Iwai up. As long as you achieve Rank 10 before reaching an ending you can complete the Hanged Man Confidant. Most of Iwai’s ranks reward an additional +2 Proficiency. Be aware that Iwai’s social link is one of the hardest to complete in a regular playthrough as it requires Guts: Dauntless to start and Guts: Lionhearted to finish.
