PC players can update the game by launching the Genshin Impact official client. On the other hand, mobile users can download the 3.1 update directly from their application store. After this is complete, the game will update to a new version. We recommend that Travelers install this update over a Wi-Fi connection.

Travelers who reach Adventure Rank 5 or above before the update’s release can claim free 300 Primogems.
