Fortnite’s latest chapter is bringing a plethora of new stuff, and the map will be featuring some interesting POIs.
Fortnite fans have been eagerly waiting for the new Chapter to release, and Epic Games didn’t disappoint once again with an epic finale event giving fans a glimpse into what is to come.
In a tweet, popular Fortnite leaker InTheShade reveals the new Fortnite map which will be making its way into the game. While illustrations of the new map had been leaked earlier in the day, this is the first time we are seeing a glimpse of what the map would look like in the game. As always, there are a number of interesting aspects on the map which stand out from the previous ones.
The northeastern part of the map features a snow-clad region and we can see a number of lakes there. In the previous Chapter’s map, we had the snowy region in the northwestern part of the map instead, and it was known as Logjam Lumberyard. We are still not aware of the names of the various locations on the map, but it should be out pretty soon.
Next up, we have the forests, which occupy pretty much the entirety of the southern part of the map. Contrary to the last map, we don’t really see a desert region in this map, which is something quite surprising as Epic Games covers a wide range of biomes in each new map. Instead, we see a valley region, which gives off an autumn-season vibe.
The POIs are always one of the most talked about-aspects about the new map and we have some interesting ones coming in this one as well. Some of the POIs that are confirmed to be returning so far are as follows.

- Pleasant Park
- The Agency
- Steam Stacks
- Frosty Flights
It will be interesting to see what other new POIs will be added to the game, but judging by the looks of the map, fans are in for a ride.
