Fortnite has introduced a wide variety of crossovers, allowing fans to obtain rare skins and other cosmetic customizations. One of the most popular of these crossovers is their collaboration with Marvel. Fortnite even gave an entire season themed around Marvel, where players could unlock many Marvel skins and fight against Galactus in the game’s ending live event.
Because of Marvel’s major success and great relationship with Fortnite, there have been dozens of Marvel skins introduced into the game, whether through the item shop, Battle Pass, or quests. Some Marvel skins even have multiple styles, animated features, and cool emotes to show off that individual character! For the purposes of this list, Super styles will not be discussed.
10/10 Mystique
Presenting herself as her comic appearance, Mystique was an unexpected and very wonderful choice for Fortnite. Mystique was obtainable through the Marvel-themed battle pass back in chapter 2, so it isn’t available for players who didn’t acquire the skin back then.
Mystique has two different main styles, one with her classic costume and the other giving her a more tactical look. She also has the unique ability to emote and steal the look of her last elimination’s skin! Her back bling is also reactive, glowing red on an elimination.
9/10 She-Hulk
She-Hulk was another Marvel character that was only obtainable in Chapter 2 within the Marvel-themed battle pass. She initially presents herself as superior lawyer Jennifer Walters, but player could obtain her special emote that allowed her to transform into She-Hulk in fist-slamming anger.
She-Hulk is sporting her classic costume from the comics in her main style, and she has one more main style available to her. Players could unlock her second skin, the Crimson Jennifer Walters, and when she “Hulks out,” she turns into the Red She-Hulk.
8/10 Spider-Man
Ever since the introduction of Marvel characters within Fortnite, and the popular Marvel’s Spider-Man game, fans have been begging for the reveal of a Spider-Man skin. Being one of, if not the most beloved Marvel character, it was expected for him to see an appearance within the game at some point.
Luckily, fans were able to obtain him in Chapter 3. Fortnite even included his Web Shooters within the game, allowing players to swing around the map with abandon. Spider-Man came with three distinct styles for players to unlock: Spidey’s Classic red and blue suit, the black Symbiote suit, and his white Future Foundation suit.
7/10 Moon Knight
After Moon Knight hit Disney +, the character started to receive many additional fans who weren’t accustomed to his comic adaptations. Fortnite utilized the success of the show and revealed the character within their own game.
Utilizing Moon Knight’s MCU appearance, the game provided a harvester in the form of two Moon Blades which he used regularly throughout the show. He also has two different styles for players to choose from. The first was his initial Marc Spector style, and the second was his more dapper “Mr. Knight” style linked to his Steven Grant personality.
6/10 Spider-Gwen
In Chapter 3 Season 4, Fortnite revealed another spider-themed character into their game. This time, it was Spider-Gwen, derived from her adaptation in Into the Spiderverse. She’s featured with her costume used in the movie, and she even has a bonus style showcasing the unique animation used in the film.
Her matching cosmetics also use this appearance. She has one more style, and that allows players to showcase Gwen without her mask on, revealing a Gwen that looks like she was taken straight from Into the Spiderverse.
5/10 Iron Man
Iron Man was the tier 100 skin back in Marvel-themed battle pass in Chapter 2 Season 4. Players had to work hard to obtain this skin — along with Tony’s special emote that allowed him to suit up into Iron Man. Not only does this special feature allow players an iconic suit-up in-game, but all of Tony’s cosmetics look like they came righto ut of Tony Stark’s workshop.
His glider is incredibly unique as well, allowing players to soar through the sky with unique Iron Man boosters, and his backplate is one of the best reactive back blings in the game, showcasing your number of eliminations each game.
4/10 Scarlet Witch
Matching the release of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Fortnite revealed the Scarlet Witch costume in their item shop. The skin matches Wanda Maximoff’s MCU appearance, and it even has a special feature where her costume and eyes pulse red whenever she deals damage.
This skin will definitely be intimidating to anyone forced to face Wanda as she builds a tower over them. Her harvesting tool is also unique in the fact that is uses her chaos magic to form a blade upon her hand.
3/10 Storm
Storm is yet another skin only obtainable in the Marvel battle pass back in Chapter 2. She’s sporting her comic-derived white costume, and her matching cosmetics make up one of the best sets in all of replay-friendly Fortnite.
Her weapon skin is animated, featuring stormy weather, and lighting strikes along the wrap when the player shoots their weapon. Her glider is just as unique as Iron Man’s as it shows her floating through the sky on a small twister. Her harvesting tool is cool blade of lightning. She has two different styles: the first being her more iconic white look from the comics and animated show, and her second being a more punk-themed outfit.
2/10 Eddy Brock (Venom)
Upon the release of Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage, Fortnite dropped their second Venom skin, named Eddy Brock. It features Tom Hardy sporting his outfit from the movie, and it even comes with a harvesting tool that only he can use, being a symbiote blade formed from his arm.
Along with this skin comes a built-in emote that allows Eddy to transform into Venom, just like fans would have seen him transform from the movie. The Venom skin looks like it was ripped out of the move itself, glowing with textures that the movie showcased.
1/10 The Mad Titan, Thanos
After Fortnite unveiled their highly praised Endgame game mode around the release of Avengers: Endgame, players were anticipating the arrival of the Thanos skin within the item shop.
After a long wait, Thanos finally arrived for players to purchase, and the wait was worth it. Thanos showcases his MCU style armor and appearance, complete with the fully decked out Infinity Gauntlet on his left hand. When using the “Snap” Marvel emote, the gauntlet’s stones light up.
