As for the start time for the Diablo 4 beta, players will be able to jump in at 9AM PT / 12PM ET / 5PM UTC on March 17th. Pre-loading begins at the exact same times later today. If you are interested in trying out the early access beta, you can still make your purchase and receive access to the upcoming testing session, but there will be an open beta access next weekend, which does not require you to pre-order the game. It will run from March 24th until March 26th. Keep in mind that the PC version of Diablo 4 is only available through the BattleNet launcher.

Both upcoming beta sessions will be available across all target platforms, including last-gen and current-gen consoles next to PC. Pre-ordering any edition of the game will allow you to participate in the early access beta. The standard edition costs $69.99 on all platforms.

According to Blizzard, the upcoming beta sessions will have unlockable rewards that will be carried to the final version of the game when it launches on June 6th this year. The rewards include two in-game titles as well as a Wolf cosmetics pack. In order to achieve all rewards, you need to reach level 20 during the beta period.

If you were hoping to play Diablo 4 through Xbox Game Pass on day one of launch, the general manager behind the game recently confirmed that Blizzard has no plans for a Game Pass release at the moment. Of course, this might change if Microsoft manages to finalize its Activision-Blizzard deal before June, but the deal itself continues to face difficulties around the world.
