Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Wins Best Polish Game & Narrative at Digital Dragons

CD PROJEKT RED has announced that Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty received awards in the categories of Best Polish Game and Best Polish Narrative during the Digital Dragons gala on Monday, which celebrated the best games released in 2023.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Awarded at Digital Dragons

The Digital Dragons gala, the oldest awards ceremony in Poland, recognizes both local and international games in a variety of categories. After being nominated in five categories, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty received two awards, which were collected by several developers from the team.

The Digital Dragons Awards are the oldest and most prestigious awards in the Polish gaming industry, and the winners are selected through votes by experts appointed to the jury as well as the entire game development community.

The gala, which takes place amid the three-day game development conference, one of the most important events of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe, was held on Monday, May 20th. The award for Best Polish Narrative was received by open-world designer Jakub Tomczak and mission designer Maria Mazur.

All CD PROJEKT RED developers present, representing a variety of disciplines from story, environmental art, and quest design to production and sound, took the stage to receive the Best Polish Game award.
