Police are calling the man depicted in the sketch as a “person of interest” in the April 21 murders of Djeswende Reid, 66, and Stephen Reid, 67, former international humanitarian workers.

The two were discovered dead in a wooded area of a park in Concord. They had been shot multiple times.

According to cops, the pair had embarked on their hike on April 18. When the beloved couple were not heard from, friends and relatives became deeply concerned.

Both deaths were ruled as homicides.

The suspect is described as a male in his late 20s to early 30s with a medium build and short brown hair. He is around 5-foot-10. The person in the sketch was seen in the vicinity of the shooting on April 18 carrying a backpack, authorities said.

Cops have said the public is not at risk.

“I think they’re saying, for whatever reason, they believe it was a single event, but obviously, any time you have something as horrific as a double murder in your community, everyone needs to be on high alert,” Gov. John Sununu said.

“It doesn’t happen here,” Cinde Warmington of the New Hampshire Executive Council told NBC Boston. “It’s very concerning.”

The Concord Police Department also announced a $33,500 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment. Around $20,000 of the reward fund came from an anonymous donor.

The Concord Police Department can be reached at (603) 225-8600. Tips can be submitted anonymously by contacting the Concord Regional Crimeline at (603) 226-3100.
